Eastern Hall
The Hall is capable of receiving from 40 (if the Hall’s planning -“roundtable” or “classroom”) to 90 persons (planning is “cinema hall” without tables) This Hall is suitable for conferences, presentations, news conferences and workshops.

Rate - $300 per day.

The daily rate includes:
• Equipment: rostrum, OH projector, screen, video-player, TV-set, audio-player, flipcharts
• The rate doesn’t cover the multimedia projector and the equipment for synchronous interpretation.

Meeting Hall
The Hall is capable of receiving up to 12 persons (the Hall’s planning is “roundtable”) This Hall is suitable for sociological focus groups, interviews and business meetings.

Rate - $70 per day.

The daily rate includes:
• Equipment: rostrum, OH projector, screen, video-player, TV-set, audio-player, flipcharts
• The rate doesn’t cover the multimedia projector and the equipment for synchronous interpretation

Additional coffee break
Depending on menu, the price is $4 to $6 a person

Dinner
Depending on menu, the price is $14 to $23 a person.

Business-center
Rate for microphone - $25 per day
Rate for multimedia projector - $30 per day
Rate for the equipment for synchronous interpretation up to 40 persons - $400 a day;
Rate for written translations - $7 to $12 a page depending on the level of complexity
The rate for interpreter’s work - $250 a day
Rate for office room - $30 a day. It’s equipped by PC with Internet access, copy machine, direct phone number, fax machine.

The payment is made by manats up to NBA rate on the date of payment.
